The performance of the program can be determined with the settings in a parameter
file. The parameter file can be edited by writing
in an ASCII file by hand or by using the GUI. A commented
default file can be created automatically in the present working directory
using the cora_inp program. If no file is supplied cora_inp
will be launched automatically, so for the first run one does not need to
bother about it. Some parameters depend on the what kind of spectrum is going
to be analyzed (e.g., start values for line widths), so cora_inp needs
a spectrum to be provided. Detail description of each parameter can be found in
Sect. 6.
Cora can be started without specifying an input file, it is then automatically
generated and named fit.inp (in the current working directory).
